KPI Automation for JSC Zarubezhneft via KPI MONITOR Analyzer
The company ProfITProject has completed the implementation of the KPI MONITOR Analyzer software at JSC Zarubezhneft.
The primary objective of the implementation was to automate the calculation of employee KPIs, as well as the ratings of subsidiaries and structural divisions of the company.
As part of the implementation, specialists from ProfItProject conducted an audit of the KPI system used by JSC Zarubezhneft, prepared a Technical Specification, and configured the KPI MONITOR Analyzer system in accordance with the customer's functional requirements.
Particular attention was paid to automating the system for cascading indicators and establishing complex relationships between KPIs of employees or divisions at different hierarchical levels. For instance, some indicators used in the ratings of structural divisions also serve as individual performance metrics for specific employees. The use of "cross-functional" indicators helped link the performance of managers and their subordinates.
Another project task was the automation of calculating ratings for structural divisions. The unique aspect of this rating process was the complex monthly calculation of integral indicators based on numerous primary data points. These included both objective data stored in various accounting systems and subjective data provided by employees from different company divisions. Initially, the process was entirely centralized, with a single division responsible for preparing ratings for all structural units by requesting necessary information from them.
Using the KPI MONITOR Analyzer software as a platform streamlined and accelerated the rating calculation process, making it more decentralized.
