• The standard functionality of the cloud-based KPI MONITOR fully matches that of the on-premise version. Updates are installed simultaneously for both the cloud and on-premise versions. System configuration is performed through the administrator's web interface.

• The tasks of updating to the latest version, creating database backups, and technical system administration are performed by KPI MONITOR staff.

• All channels used with KPI MONITOR Cloud are encrypted, and databases are duplicated to backup servers.
• To ensure an enhanced level of security, it is possible to restrict the list of IP addresses from which access to the service is allowed.

• For the cloud-based KPI MONITOR, you can utilize all available standard integration tools. In this case, data transfer is carried out via a VPN connection to the source data server.

• The cost of the cloud solution depends on the number of concurrent users (concurrent connections) and the number of months of service access paid for upfront. The license price starts from 510 rubles per concurrent connection.
• From a financial and economic standpoint for choosing the cloud solution over the on-premise version, the costs of using the cloud-based KPI MONITOR reach those of the on-premise version in approximately 2.5 years of operation (excluding the cost of hardware and system administration expenses).

• For organizations with strict security and data storage policies requiring on-premise servers, the on-premise version of KPI MONITOR will be the optimal choice.
• In all other cases, we recommend starting with the cloud solution, both for pilot projects and full-scale operations. If you decide to purchase the on-premise solution after the pilot project, we will migrate all data from the cloud to the on-premise version free of charge.
