ProfItProject with KPI MONITOR and AI Assistant at GITEX 2026 in Kazakhstan
ProfItProject presented the KPI MONITOR platform and an AI assistant at the largest technology event in Central Asia and the Caucasus — GITEX AI Central Asia & Caucasus 2026 in Almaty (May 4–5, 2026). The trip was organized as a business mission by the Moscow Export Centre (MEC).
GITEX AI Central Asia & Caucasus is a flagship technology and artificial intelligence event for the entire region. In 2026, the conference brought together participants from over 80 countries, including top executives of major companies, venture capital representatives, startups, and AI experts. The event was held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and supported by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in partnership with Astana Hub and the Akimat of Almaty. Key exhibition tracks included artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, cloud technologies, smart cities, educational and medical technologies, as well as green energy

MEC (Moscow Export Center) acted as the organizer of the collective participation of Moscow companies in GITEX 2026. The Center systematically helps capital-based entrepreneurs enter foreign markets: it invites potential clients from host countries, organizes spaces for presenting products and solutions, and also provides negotiation sessions for exchanging contacts and concluding export contracts.

As part of the MEC delegation, ProfItProject demonstrated its key developments:
- The KPI MONITOR platform — a system for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators that enables organizations across various industries (education, energy, finance, IT, and others) to manage their activities based on precise digital data.
- An AI assistant under development — an intelligent helper integrated directly into the KPI MONITOR interface.
Capabilities of the KPI MONITOR AI Assistant
The development of a proprietary AI assistant for KPI MONITOR drew particular interest from conference participants and guests. Based on the current concept, the assistant can:
- process queries and instructions in natural language;
- automatically configure tasks according to user-defined goals;
- transform disparate customer information into a clear model with strategic goals, tasks, and responsibility centers;
- generate analytical KPI reports and distribute them to managers;
- function as an interactive chat assistant trained on the terminology and values of a specific project;
- automatically create and update a knowledge base based on task completion and new releases.
The core development philosophy: the AI assistant does not replace the expert but takes over routine analytical tasks (initial data processing, structuring, template generation). This allows shifting the expert's focus from manual data entry to substantive analysis and decision-making.

Participation in GITEX 2026 as part of the MEC business mission allowed ProfItProject to hold negotiations with potential partners from Central Asian countries, present the capabilities of KPI MONITOR, and generate interest in the implementation of the AI assistant in organizations across the region. Export with MEC is simple, and new markets are closer than they seem. ProfItProject keeps pace with the technological future, making data-driven management accessible and intelligent.
