Russian software solution for universities

TURBO University
TURBO University solution allows building a harmonious and efficient system of university management at all levels. The set of balanced indicators to assess the performance of research, educational and international activities was formed on the basis of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Business Excellence Model, adapted to the specifics of higher education institutions.
- Manage the efficiency of the whole HEI. The solution has a set of tools that allow for comparative analysis of university performance based on the data from the monitoring of the efficiency of organisations conducted under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, including the indicators of the Priority-2030 programme.
- Manage the performance of a particular unit. The solution allows tracking and evaluating the completeness and timeliness of the implementation of programmes and projects for the integrated development of subdivisions.
- Manage employee incentives through monitoring and evaluating the performance of administrative and management staff, scientific and pedagogical staff and institute directors in accordance with the incentive system.
- Manage the university's activities by treating them as projects, taking into account all stages - from planning to implementation, as well as evaluating the results.
Consortium of developers
Such a difficult task was solved thanks to the co-operation of professionals from Consist Business Group, National Research University ‘MPEI’ (National Research University ‘MPEI’) and ProfItProject.
Currently, Consist Business Group is actively cooperating with universities to expand their educational programmes with TURBO expertise, which will contribute to the creation of new technological solutions. Remote internships for graduates and senior university students are also aimed at the same. All programmes are completely free of charge and take into account the interests of each party. TURBO is a line of domestic software products from the Register of Russian Software for the development of business applications and complex automation of enterprise activities. TURBO X runs on Windows and Astra Linux, is compatible with Elbrus multiprocessor servers and supports all known DBMS.
